Most coaches dream of having a full time business that allows them the freedom to create their own schedule, make as much money as they want, and run their business while traveling the world. Most importantly, they dream of having all of these things while also making a big difference in the lives of others.
However, the reality is that while a lot of coaches have taken numerous courses, webinars, and training sessions while also listening to hundreds of hours of podcasts and audio books, they still can’t seem to make it work for them to realize that dream.
Why does this happen? It’s because there are two things that most coaches haven’t figured out yet:
- What you actually have to do consistently to make money online in your coaching business (versus what you think you have to do), and
- The abundant mindset necessary to take massive action
everyday, to feel worthy of what you want, and to get it.
Once a coach figures out these two things and acts on them consistently, everyday, results will come. I know this because I’m living proof.

Hi, I’m Jennifer Trask, and I’ve been helping coaches and healers build profitable, sustainable and fun businesses (because if it isn’t fun, what’s the point right?) since late 2012.
Over the last 4 years, I’ve been running my full time coaching business from my laptop.
I even ran my business while traveling throughout South America over two separate 6 month stints so that I could experience the culture, food, music, language, environment. I was finally able to get to Machu Picchu, and I got to see beautiful purple butterflies live and in-person in Ecuador (but that’s another story).
And more importantly, I’ve helped coaches from around the world build their businesses to fit their lifestyles and dreams. You can see some of their stories here.
HOW I STARTED COACHING COACHES
Getting here wasn’t what I had initially set out to do. When I began my first business back in August 2008, I had a list of 5 things I wanted to achieve:
- To be my own boss
- To be 100% digital
- To be able to help millions of people
- To be able to make as much money as I wanted
- To love what I do so I would never have to work a day in my life!
I’m happy to tell you that in 2012 I achieved my goal. Of course it wasn’t all roses, unicorns, and sunshine. I’m FAR from an overnight success. The first 4 years were tough with two different businesses that didn’t work out. I had a lot of ups and downs, but my determination to create my own reality always persevered.
Back in late 2012 when I was doing marketing consulting, I took a look at my life. I knew I was close to ‘breaking through’, but something was off. I wanted to use my talents, skills and passion to really make a difference and to achieve those goals on my personal list. But I knew that the work I was doing wasn’t going to get me there. It was at that time when I realized that my favourite client was a life coach. Not only did I love working with her, but it made my heart soar when I thought about the people I would indirectly impact: the people who would become her clients, customers, and tribe. Those people would be touched by her. And lives were changed… all because, together, we helped her build her business.
That’s when the magic happened. I knew that with my business background (I have a Bachelor of Commerce Co-operative in Marketing and an MBA with an International Business focus), my internet training, and my passion for self help, that THIS was how I would help the most people: by helping the people who were helping people… coaching coaches.
When I shifted my focus to working exclusively with coaches, everything changed. I went from always trying to get more clients, to being fully booked. Everything I was learning finally clicked, and my effort seemed to get magical results for myself and my clients.
NOW, IT’S YOUR TURN
As you can imagine, after 4 years of working 1-on-1 with my private clients, I’ve learned a lot about the coaching business:
Why some people make it
Why others struggle
Why YOU struggle.
The best part is, you don’t have to struggle. While deciding to build a business does take effort, focus, and diligent daily action, it CAN be fun and it CAN be profitable.
That’s what I’m here to do for you - to help you breakthrough.
