Have you ever had a moment in your life where something just clicked? It was as though you had been in the dark your whole life and then ‘boom’ the light came on.
I’m sure you probably have experienced this more than once. Do you ever wish that could happen to you in your business? Do you wish that someone could just flick a switch and you would have all the money, clients and success you really desire?

As a coach, you want to help people on their journey to happiness, success and fulfillment. Recently I had a great conversation with a client of mine, Lisa*, who was so excited about how her business is moving forward at the perfect rate. She is getting things done, new clients are rolling into her new programs at her new rates and life is just wonderful.
About an hour or so after our call, I received an email from her, “Jennifer, the truth is I feel like I’m not balancing things well. The house is not as organized and down time is not happening.”

Often times we are working towards whatever success means to us. As self-help coaches, we are also helping our clients towards that same endeavour. However, we know that deep down, ultimately, they are the ones who are responsible for their success. No matter how great of a coach you are, if someone doesn’t do the work (physical and/or non-physical), there is little you can do to help them.
The same of course, applies to us and our dreams and ambitions. We are the ones who are ultimately responsible for our success.
