I was inspired to do this video because I often hear from coaches and entrepreneurs about having too many things on their plate. There’s a thousand and one projects happening and it can be very difficult to figure out how to finish them without the right habits in place to support that. As well, when you always have 'too much to do', it can easily cause you to get into overwhelm, frustration and stress. We all know that they are not good for business. If you’re like me, then you want to maximize your time so that you can get the best results in your business. Whether you are full time in your business or you only have 10 hours/week, you need to know how to make the most out of those hours.
Learning how to focus is so powerful. I learned that from my dad who always used to tell me, ‘Jennifer, you need to focus if you want one of these to work’. haha I’ve always been full of good ideas. ;)

Do you ever find that a day, a week or sometimes a month can slip by and you feel like you haven’t really progressed in your business? When you look back at the time you realize you were busy, but this “busyness” hasn’t yielded you any results?
If this has happened to you, you are not alone. We have all been there before. The trick however is to recognize it and then do something about it. When I first discovered this was happening to me, I let it go on for a little bit longer than I would like to admit (nobody’s perfect, right?!). Over time however, as I got more serious about my business, I knew that something had to change.
Here are two key meetings that helped me break the cycle of spending my days, ‘busy being busy’ and getting nothing done to being uber productive and getting more traction in my business which led to (and leads to) helping more people, making more money and making a bigger impact.
