3 Ways To Increase Your Productivity & Maximize Your Time

We all know that as an entrepreneur, the most precious commodity we have is our time. We need to know how to master our time, so that we can maximize our output.

Let me ask you a question; do you ever experience this type of week?

You are fluttering around busy as a bee. There seems to be no time for anything because you are just so “busy”. All the sudden, it’s Friday and you look at your to do list and realize that your biggest project hasn’t even been touched yet.

You wonder to yourself, “How did that happen? I have been SO busy all week!”

If you want to nip this in the bud and have the most productive week of your life, watch this week’s episode of The Magic of Marketing. You are going to get 3 simple and easy to implement tips that will totally shift the way you structure your days and ensure you get the most important things ticked of your list so you can grow your business, make more money and change more lives. Hi Jackson! You're right, even for myself I can sometimes get side tracked but over the years I have learned to quickly catch myself and get back on track. That goodness for my lists!! :)

BTW - looking back, university is where I really started to learn and implement the magic of prioritizing and time management, too.

Great tips! Prioritizing is always tough - it's so tempting to just do things as they come at you. It's something I have to work on, for sure.

I used to pre-plan my whole weeks back in High School and University, which helped me stay focused and achieve my goals. That's what Sunday evenings were for :)

Lisa, thanks!

I know you know this stuff because of the amount of work you get done. You can certainly do a post on this one yourself!

Thanks for sharing your 90 minute tip. That is another one that I think people could find very useful. I know others do 45 minute stints too. Whatever works best for your soul! :)

The best thing for me is the pre-planning and morning work. Together, it's like fireworks!! haha..

Have an uber productive week yourself!

Holy moly, Jennifer! Great stuff. I have used all of these tips and work really well for increasing my productivity and making me feel good about myself! I have found that chunking my days into 90-minute intervals works really well for me. I try my best to realistically estimate what items on my to-do list I can get done in that amount of time and not cram too much in. If I'm working on a big project, I'll take a break after 90 minutes and switch to another activity for 90 minutes to give my brain a rest. I've found this works, too, for scheduling in exercise, time with family/friends, relaxation. It does take discipline as you said, but it doesn't mean that everything is regimented. I encourage people to try it out. The difference it makes makes all the difference!!! :) WooHoo! Here's to a fantastically productive week!! :)
