5 Ways To Reuse A Blog Post For New Content

When it comes to your coaching business, content matters when you want to market yourself and bring in new business. You may not realize that there are a lot of hidden gems in the content you have already created that you can reuse or repurpose (otherwise known as content curation)... and that can save you time!

Today, we are specifically going to cover 5 ways to reuse a blog post.

1. Turn your video into text.

Take the text from your video and put it into a LinkedIn Blog, a Facebook Post or even on your blog to give your tribe another way to consume your content (like right here).

2. Turn it into an image.

Often times in blog posts you say some pretty awesome stuff right? Take some one liners or main points that you made and turn them into images with quotes or a short story. You can then use them on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.

3. Take one main point and expand on it.

If you have a blog post that makes several points (for example: 5 Ways To Become Happier Now), you can take one of those points and make it a post in a Facebook group or on LinkedIn, you may even Snapchat about it! Now, you have 5 new pieces of content for social sharing.

4. Tweet It Out!

You know you have said so many golden nuggets in your post, so why not tweet them out? Take your golden nuggets and turn them into 10-20 tweets!

5. Turn It Into An Infographic

Take your amazing content and turn it into an infographic! With sites like fiverr.com  you can get them created at a great price. Then share it on social for an eye catching favourite. You can also redirect people to your blog post from the infographic.

As you can see these are the start of many ways to repurpose your content so that you don’t have to keep creating new content all of the time.

BONUS TIP: Be sure to re-share your content regularly so that it gets seen. Just because you put it out once does not mean everyone has seen it. You want your hard work to be seen so don’t be afraid to share it again and again! A great tool to help you do that is MeetEdgar

Now, I would love to hear from you. Was that helpful? Do you have a tip on content curation that you would like to share? Comment below!
