Recently, I was talking with a friend of mine who was frustrated because he just couldn't figure out why he wasn't selling more people into his membership. 

His current members love it and are getting results. He's talking about it on social media and to everyone he knows, so why isn't it working? 

Once I was able to ask him a few more questions we found the real problem.

He didn't have a marketing problem, he had a sales problem.
