We’ve all been there. You are working really hard, doing everything you are suppose to be doing yet it still isn’t working. Now you may be feeling resentful, exhausted and not to hopeful about how things are going to turn around. Have you ever experienced this? Maybe you are there now? It’s like you're in a business slump.
I know exactly how you feel. I’ve been there too and it really does suck.

Let’s be honest here. If you are in business for yourself, sometimes it gets hard. Really hard in fact. We try things, they don’t work. We have to learn new skills, platforms, techniques... new everything! We work with people, they aren’t happy. We talk to a prospect, they say no. We talk to another, they say no too. We put ourselves out there and get crickets.
The list goes on and on about how business can get hard.
Even though it gets hard sometimes, we must know what to do when those difficult times arise. Why? Because if we hold ourself in a space of negative emotion then we lose precious time (and happiness). The only resource we can never get back is time and in the world of entrepreneurship, time is of the essence. Learning how to bounce back after a fall is a crucial skill to every entrepreneur. The faster you can pick yourself up after a fall, the faster you can get back to business.
Here are 7 things I’ve discovered that have helped me when it inevitably gets tough.

On a recent webinar that I hosted, I challenged my participants to radically shift the way they view their coaching business. Today, I want to offer up this challenge to you.
It’s pretty big and most coaches DO NOT do this. They think they do. But they really don’t.
The difference between doing this and not doing it is the difference between having an okay business and an extraordinary one. It’s the difference between feeling fulfilled in your business and feeling drained.
