Often times we are working towards whatever success means to us. As self-help coaches, we are also helping our clients towards that same endeavour. However, we know that deep down, ultimately, they are the ones who are responsible for their success. No matter how great of a coach you are, if someone doesn’t do the work (physical and/or non-physical), there is little you can do to help them.
The same of course, applies to us and our dreams and ambitions. We are the ones who are ultimately responsible for our success.
Recently, I had an experience where I heard the affirmation, ‘Be Available’.
It spurred so many thoughts in my head and I knew this was a powerful statement…

Have you ever looked at your inbox and felt hopeless and overwhelmed?
I have felt that way, too. I couldn't figure out how such an easy tool was taking up so much of my time.
In the pursuit of not wanting to feel that way myself, I set out to discover how I can manage my time more effectively on this very topic. There is a very famous quote, 'if you fail to plan, you plan to fail', by Benjamin Franklin.
While not everything can be planned, your marketing and strategies, should always be planned. At this time of year, you should have next year laid out already in terms of ideas, launches, strategies, etc.
If you take the time to pre-plan your year you will be well ahead of the rest of your competitors. You will also have a much better chance at creating stronger marketing that will lead to higher conversion rates, thus more profits and impact.
